The Ventrapragada Village Water Well

- Population of village and surrounding area is approximately 8,450 people
- Rate of Literacy: 65%
- Always dry climate and in the summer it can reach 120 degrees
- There is no clean water supply in this immediate area for families; they have had to travel approx 1 mile to find another water source
- This clean water well will be used by approximately 1,750 families per day
- The well is located near the village church and near the Pastor's house
- Pastor Elia and his family are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the well
