The Pullur Village Water Well

- Population of village and surrounding area is approximately 9,500 people
- This clean water well will be used by more than approximately 840 people per day
- Rate of Literacy: 60%
- This well is located next to a church that is just about 10 miles from where our ministry is headquartered in Andhra Pradesh
- Climate is always dry and summer heat is 100+ daily
- There is not sufficient rainfall annually and the area is very rocky
- This village has no water and is not near any river bank
- The government tried to supply by using a water overhead tank and also tried to dig tube well but they were not successful in getting a good water source
